ABC Action News: Attorney Betsey Herd Discusses a Dog Attack Involving Two Pit Bulls

Tampa Attorney Betsey Herd was interviewed Monday, February 27 about a dog attack that involved two pit bulls.  A local tampa man was walking his small poodle named Simba, when two pit bulls jumped out and killed his dog.  The pit bulls had started to eat Simba during the attack.  When the police were called, one of the dogs attempted to attack one of the officers, and one of the pit bulls were shot dead.  The other put was later found and taken away by animal control.
